Why do you host events at different churches?

One of The Foundry’s goals is to emphasize the connection to Local Churches. Because The Foundry is not a church, we think it is crucial for our ministry as a whole, as well as our participants, to be rooted in local churches. And San Antonio has some really solid churches for us to connect with.

We hope that by hosting events at different churches, along with other ways we work to weave our partner churches into The Foundry, young adults are able to know and connect with some of the churches in our area. It also allows us to share both the blessing and burden of hosting these gatherings for churches.

The Foundry has some pretty amazing Partner Churches. We love having them be part of The Foundry. We love being part of them. And we are so thankful every time they open their doors for The Foundry to gather!
