I have slowly become a plant lady. Yes, the childhood chore has now become a hobby (#adulting) and as I’ve gathered and grown different plants (and unfortunately slowly killed others) I have found the “magic” that happens when I finally know a plant. Being known matters to all of us.

Every Season includes 6 Community Night gatherings (over 12 weeks, since it is bi-weekly). During those 3 months, we will hear from a different speaker each gathering, but we will meet at the same partner church, be led in worship by the same person, and focus on the same theme.

2020. We were all ready to see the year end - people joked that the best part of 2021 would be 2020 ending, my niece told me we all needed to chant “Jumanji!”at the strike of midnight to make sure “the game” ended, and the memes… oh, the memes.  Turns out 2021 wasn’t the fix…

Christmas is a day where we are reminded that God has come, and is coming, to be with us, no matter the cost. This day reveals and proclaims that God’s goal all along has been union, where we are fully known and fully know God.

Though The Foundry might be new, we are also old. Our vision draws its inspiration and strength from the witness of Scripture, the traditions of the Church, and the memories of forerunner organizations who sought to bring young adults together in the name of Jesus Christ.
